The Centennial is Crawl Space’s annual juried exhibition.  The exhibition features works by early and mid-career artists culled from an international call for submissions and juried by an established arts professional in the community.  Every year Crawl Space modifies the concept of the exhibition to focus on different art practices in the community. The Centennial is an important exhibition in the gallery’s programming as it offers viewers a chance to see innovative early career artists from Seattle along side artists from abroad.

Crawl Space seeks submissions from around the world, working in all mediums, for its third annual Centennial juried exhibition. This year guest and renowned art darling Jeffry Mitchell chooses artists with whom he will show art in March 2009, one of whom will win the $500 juror’s award.
