Crawl Space member artist Chad Wentzel is pleased to present new 2D works and sculptural installation in Chad Wentzel and a Star-Studded Celebration of Infinitude and Perpetual Beauty. Continuing his use of romantic notions of utopia to create a sense of place with a particularly American point of view, this new body of work utilizes craft to celebrate his blue-collar roots in Tacoma Washington.  With references to summer camp and tree forts, Wentzel uses wilderness with pattern and repetition to find solace in his urban art making practice.
